A stay in the Cotentin, especially in our hotel, is an occasion to make a come back with traditions.
The buckwheat (sarrasin), for example, was grown in every farm in the Cotentin ; it was used to cook traditional meals, like “bouillie” and “galettes”. That is why every evening, we propose crepes and galettes meals for our clients only and with booking.
More recent in Normandy, Cider and Calvados are also served in our hotel. For an alcohol-tasting session or a purchase, you will enjoy testing different flavours of these local products.
In the same spirit, to charm and tempt you, we have in our dinning-room a place with lots of antiques. Specialized in ceramics, we also propose pewter. You will see all these antiques in our hotel and it could be an occasion to learn more about them and Cotentin ceramics, with us…
